- Application for the credit.
- Certificate of maximum liability from MTIC.
- Latest Audit report for 3 years.
- Copy of Annual Returns.
- National IDs and Passport size photos of Board members.
- Financial cards of Board members.
- SACCO TIN.
- Bank statement for one year.
- Photograph and valuation report of collateral.
- Signed letter of undertaking or MOU from CAO or Town Clerk.
- SACCO Financial Card.
